02. Manufacturing Services

Matrix Bottling Group provides a range of beverage manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

2.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their product formulations, branding, and packaging requirements. Any changes to the specifications must be communicated promptly.

2.2 Confidentiality

All formulations and proprietary information provided by clients will be kept strictly confidential. Matrix Bottling Group will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior written consent.

03. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all rights to their formulations, brand marks, and proprietary processes. Matrix Bottling Group retains rights to its manufacturing processes and methodologies. Any use of client trademarks or branding must be approved in writing.

04. Quality Control

Matrix Bottling Group maintains strict quality control standards. However, clients are responsible for final product approvals and regulatory compliance for their specific formulations. Clients must conduct their own testing to ensure that products meet their quality standards.

05. Sustainability Commitment

Matrix Bottling Group is committed to sustainability and offers various eco-friendly packaging options. Clients are responsible for choosing and approving all packaging materials and associated costs.

06. Liability

Matrix Bottling Group's liability is limited to the manufacturing process. We are not responsible for market performance or regulatory issues related to client formulations. In no event shall Matrix Bottling Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

07. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions and material costs. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the commencement of services.

7.2 Payment Schedule

A deposit may be required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the order. Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement.

08. Order Cancellation

Clients may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation may incur fees based on the stage of production. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

09. Force Majeure

Matrix Bottling Group shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from any cause beyond Matrix Bottling Group's reasonable control, including but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Matrix Bottling Group operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Matrix Bottling Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
