Our Origins: Los Angeles, California

In 2010, the Los Angeles, California, facility was built by our predecessor as a small bottling plant geared towards small scale customers. As operations grew and the facility established relationships with partners nationwide, the demand became so high that a second facility was built in 2016.

Today, the Los Angeles plant is central to our West Coast operations and focuses on specialized product runs. Partners get the convenience of a local manufacturer and the agility of a skilled team while still benefiting from the resources of a national bottling company.

Expanding National Operations: Las Vegas, Nevada

As demand grew, a second facility was custom built in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2016. This large, modern factory is equipped with advanced machinery and ample production space, enabling it to handle high-volume runs with speed and accuracy.

It’s built for consistent, high-quality output across all bottle varieties, including glass, aluminum, and plastic. The Las Vegas facility was designed to adapt to changing priorities and expanding distribution goals without delays, giving the facility the unique ability to support its partners through their evolving business needs.

East Coast Flagship: Morganton, North Carolina

Matrix Bottling Group’s flagship location opened in Morganton, North Carolina, in 2021. As the anchor of our East Coast operations, the North Carolina bottling plant supports both local and national partners with high-speed lines and increased production capacity.

The East Coast flagship plant is geographically strategically positioned to better serve our valued partners across the United States, resulting in reduced freight costs and shorter delivery timelines for the Southeast and Midwest regions. Our flagship facility delivers retail-ready bottles for both private label brands and iconic national companies.

Coast-to-Coast Compliance and Certifications

Every Matrix Bottling Group facility meets strict regulatory, retail, and brand requirements, and consistently achieves and exceeds audit compliance from its largest top-tier clients. As a trusted beverage manufacturing company, we take safety, compliance, and product integrity very seriously.

Our facilities are FDA food facility registered and FDA compliant and have achieved the following certifications and permits:

Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certified for Food Safety and Food Quality
State Bottling Permits across California, Nevada, and North Carolina as well as out of
state bottling permits for North Carolina and California enabling our clients to distribute
their products in such states
USDA Organic Certified, where applicable
Kosher Certified, where applicable
Organic Processed Food Registration and Processed Food Registration in California

Our staff members are highly trained and hold Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and SQF Practitioner certifications.
