Matrix Bottling Group offers true in-line variety pack co-packing exclusively at our Las Vegas, NV facility, assembling multi-flavor, multi-SKU assortments on the line at national retail speed, consistency, and cost, retail- and club-ready from Costco to Sam's Club.
What Is Variety Pack Co-Packing?
Variety pack co-packing is the process of collating multiple flavors, SKUs, or container types into a single retail-ready pack during production, rather than assembling packs by hand after the fact. At Matrix, this happens in line: cans and bottles from different runs are automatically sequenced and grouped as they move through the facility, then wrapped or trayed into a finished pack that ships ready for the shelf.
The result is a variety pack built at the same speed, consistency, and cost structure as a single-SKU production run, without the added labor, lead time, or quality drift that comes from hand-packing assortments after the fact.
